  1. What is the standard resolution for images made for the web? 72 DPI

  2. What is the standard resolution for images made for print? 300 DPI

  3. What 2 types of files should you always save, and what are their purposes? You should always save a working file (PSD) and a usable/exported file (PNG, JPEG, etc.). A working file allows you to go back into your Photoshop layers and continue to work on your project from your last saved file, while a usable/exported file is used to post final projects via social media or print.
